How to Order. As you have probably noticed, this is not a standard e-commerce shopping cart site. That's because we want to talk to you! We want to understand what you are looking for and how you intend to use it so we can help you make the best choices for your particular situation. That's important because there can be a number of decisions to be made - which category (Forest Impressions© or Wildlife), which patina (Basic, Traditional or Full) and in some cases which mounting base design (Elk, Moose or Mountain Scene) and/or which mounting hardware (Open Cone, Closed Cone, Beaver, Eagle, Elk or Moose). And if you're thinking about customized pieces such as drapery rods, stair rods or curved branch door stops, we definitely need to talk with you!

Please make a list of the items you are interested in and phone us at (541) 426-4126 or toll free at (866) 313-9911. We will work through your order with you and fill out the order form ourselves. When selecting the items you want, please make a note of the (1) item number, (2) item name, (3) patina/retail price and the (4) mounting base and (5) mounting hardware you prefer if choices are offered.

Please have your Visa or MasterCard available if you plan to charge your order. We will mail or fax you a copy of the completed order form and charge slip. You may also fax us at (541) 426-4081 a list of the items you want and we will call you to complete the order form and obtain payment information.

Minimum Order Size. We want you to try our products, so there is no required minimum order amount.

Lead Time. We maintain a small basic stock of most items. In-stock items normally ship within seven days. The lead time for out-of-stock and custom items can vary from a few days to as much as five or six weeks, depending on our backlog and that of the foundry that casts our products. We will quote an estimated ship date when you place your order.

Shipping and Shipping Charges. We add the approximate actual shipping, insurance and delivery signature charges to all orders. Unless you specifically request expedited shipping, we will either ship FedEx/UPS Ground or, in the case of small packages, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We frequently require a signature upon delivery.


Payment Terms. Full payment is required prior to shipment. On large orders exceeding our normal stock level and on all custom orders, we require a payment equal to at least 50% of the product total at the time you place your order or before we begin production.

Price Changes. We normally update all prices early in the year; however, we may change the price of any specific item at any time during the year.

Returns. Our advance authorization is required on all returns and may be obtained by phone. With certain exceptions, we will give full credit for merchandise returned with our advance approval, unused and in good condition, within 15 days of the delivery date. Merchandise returned without our advance approval, returned after 15 days and/or that is obviously used or no longer in good condition will not be accepted or, if accepted, will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.

Custom Work. We love the challenge of custom work - call us with your ideas! We will work out the detailed design with you and send you written specifications, a price quote and special terms regarding design changes, order cancellations and returns applicable to custom work. If you decide to proceed with the project, we will require your written approval of the design specifications and terms and a 50% deposit in order to begin work. Final payment will be due prior to shipment.

Limited Warranty. Timber Bronze, Inc.® ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the original ship date that Seller's products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. See, however, the note on product variations, as such variations will not be considered defects when applying this Warranty Policy. Upon authorized return of defective product, Seller will, at its option, repair or replace such products returned by the original purchaser within the warranty period. Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages in connection with use of or inability to use its products. In no event shall Seller's liability for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict liability exceed the cost of the product covered hereby. No person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of these products. (Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.)
